1987 ASAT...what's it worth?

Hey G&L folks,
New here...wondering if anyone can help with determining the value of a 1987 G&L ASAT, serial # G021856. Been playing it the last 4 years, a friend owns it and wants me to buy it so he can get another acoustic guitar, so any help is greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance. dwildman

The model name is an ASAT III.

if it was on ebay no reserve in good condition NO issue's and good seller feedback , I would expect to see somewhere on the low 750.00 to 800 dollars and on the high side maybe 900.00 to 1000.00 based on what I've watched on ebay ........ so if your buddy wanted to give you a "Buddy Deal" 750.00 would be a good deal IMHO .... sweet guitar !! ... hope you get it
