Help!

It's longer than a strat...

Has anyone come up with a solution other than buying a base case? And if you did buy a bass case, did you get one with the internal shape molded or the open-style?

Hiscox provides detailed measurements for their cases. Perhaps one will fit or they might be able to work with you. Also check SKB and Gator.

I've got an SKB iSeries case like this one:

I've had mine for 7 years. It has been checked in on many flights and has been completely bulletproof. NOTHING has broken on the outside or the inside of the case. The thing is a beast!

The Strat/Tele model fits my Legacy and S-500, ASAT, and SC-2. (I do use a pair of socks to tighten up the SC-2 because of its small body size.)

A big plus is that the wheels are rock solid!
