Burning rubber around the moon . . .

Hey,

So back in the day I used to play in what we called a psychobilly surf band with a couple of good friends, and due to my love for G&L guitars and how good they were, well, we all played em.

Here's a boom-box recording from a Saturday jam from maybe 1987 or so, the guitars are two F-100's, one an E, and a SB-2.

The recording is pretty dodgy and the music is more spirited than good, but when I listen back to this I hear 100% Leo -- those guitars really could burn rubber around the moon.

What a cool sight that must have been, to see three G&L's bouncing around.
I have a black F-100E (maple neck) , it's amazing the versatility available on those things.
Thanks for the tune (tho I think the psycho-reverb woke the cat ).
It does sound like 1987.

Heck yeah! A band full of G&Lers is a band I'd follow. The F-100 takes a long time to dial in and tame, but it is one of the most versatile guitars in my playing experience.
