2008 S500 help

hello everyone I'm a new member here and just purchased a USA s 500 it looks similar to a tribute which made me nervous I took of the neck and Pickguard the neck is definitely USA the body has matching numbers in the pickup rout any information on this particular model would be appreciated it does say old school tobacco mahogany like the new tributes but it is dated October 2008

Thanks for the reply I know its American as the serialnumber starts with CLF just wondering if anyone has heard of Mahogany old school ST 6H

Yes, there were some special builds done with Mahogany bodies in 2004 and 2006. I was not aware they also did some in 2008, but
I don't always get informed about these special builds. See: Production List of G&L Instruments (USA).

Perhaps you could post some photos of this guitar in our G&L Porn!!! sub-forum, as we all love to see any G&L instrument. :thumbup:
