G&L Legacy pickups

Post by Nomad54 »

Can any one tell me if G&L used a red colored bobbin on the early Legacy model? Thanks, Larry

The first pickups used in the Legacy were Seymour Duncan SSL Vintage (flats).
AFAIK, they had black colored bobbins. In 1995, G&L created their own G&L Vintage Style Alnico V
pickups and they also have black colored bobbins.

Hope this helps.
