How to reach G and L sales?

Getting close to needing both hands to tally up the number of times I've tried calling G and L to no avail. Seems that they don't often have someone manning the phones and worse yet, don't have an answering machine--you just get back to the same message directing you to the website.

Anyone know how to reach them?

Is there a better phone # than listed on the website?

Or maybe a time of the day when they are usually around to answer a question?

Thanks! As always happens, a few hours after posting this I tried one more time....and it rang right through to someone who was very helpful. Still might want to check the process if you haven't yet though, it seems like you might want it ring through to a spot where you can leave a voicemail and I wasn't getting that.
