2011 Legacy questions

Me again found another great legacy but with its own questions! Never a dull day.
Body has a few tiny dings, frets have some fret divots so needs a level/crown, has a slight fretboard ski jump (should be fixed w level/crown, Koontz quoted me $150 for level/crown/setup) This one has stock pups/wireing. Super dark fretboard! Sperzel tuners, love the vintage white but not the creme guard, needs mint or parchment one day, sounds super thick and creamy much more then my stock 2013 tangerine metallic and more then my LPB 1999. And has a amazing fretboard edge roll
The issues:
ski jump fret level should fix. Used a half neck shim on the headstock side and got the upper fret buzz gone.
Truss rod moves but not a huge change with loosing and tightening after my setup its where it should be but it need some washers because it bottoms out quickly.
Truss nut hole seems very big and nut seems to favor the back wall almost cocked looking?
cant get the strings to .62 at the last fret saddles are bottomed on the low e and bridge is all the way down needs a whole neck shim?
And odd at the top of the swimming pool and neck that thin chunk of wood cracked, possibly glued back (no movement present)
But man does it sound huge amd the fretboard edge roll in nuts
