S500?

I recently bought what was advertised as a S 500 from Sam Ash in Hollywood. There is no serial number on her. She's got a blue/green body and a blue headstock. The back of the neck is painted a similar color blue, but does not match the body. Also she has a two hole tribute bridge. Any info on her history-if possible would be appreciated.

Please post photos; include closeups of headstock front and back.
