Help with identifying neck

I' am new to this forum. I recently performed a truss rod repair on a G&L Comanche and instead of the customer paying cash he offered me a choice of one of his necks he had apparently acquired while working for G&L. It is a one piece solid mahogany neck with what appears to be an ebony fretboard. It has white side marker dots and just two mop dots at the twelfth fret. Any help would be appreciated so I can build this project with the proper parts. I can't seem to figure out if I can post a pic or two to aid in your being able to identify.

Would love to see some picks. G&L has used mahogany neck on certain models: the '98 ASAT Junior and a range of small batch instruments in 2004-2006, including the ASAT 'Super', ASAT HB, and 25th Anniversary. The one thing to look out for is whether it is a reject or not.

The truss rod is good and I can see no flaws at all, it has lhe slightest back bow when rod is slackened. frets are new and perfect no twisting or voids in the wood I can see no flaws at all, what constitutes a reject? What about the lack of marker dots? Is it ebony or real dark rosewood?

It has the S-500/Legacy/Comanche headstock shape, not the ASAT headstock shape, so not for a 25th Anniverary.
The fretboard looks to be Ebony. It may have been build for one of the S-500/Comanche/Legacy Special Mahogany
special builds done in 2004. They did less than 25 of them. IIRCC, the factory was starting to integrate the CNC machine
into production and they did several models in Mahogany as a final test of sorts. Perhaps it was a neck which was not
completed because they finished their testing and no longer needed. Without any markings or dates, it is just going to be
difficult to say what it was built for and whether or not it is a reject.

I'll measure the width and thickness when I get to work tomorrow and maybe you might know what it may fit best on. It is a 21 fret model. Thanks for your help with this matter. I saw a real cool body on eBay today it was a two piece mahogany with a figured maple top and routed for 1S1H. I thought that would be a good combination.
