David Lindley RIP

Sad day for guitar fans, David Lindsey died today.

I saw him play as support act and sideman for Jackson Browne mid 80’s San Francisco and late 80’s Atlanta. Incredibly talented dude, and introduced me and the rest of the world to a cool blend of styles with El-Rayo X. We need more players like him who step outside the box.

Rip David. Great slide player. The liveJackson Browne record from the 70’s was great listening.

What a shame. Really great at playing almost anything. He also had maybe the world's only collection of polyester clothing.
